Amazing news just arrived in our inbox- ATVOD have found our defence to be robust and their accusation that we are tv-like to be utterly without merit.

We have been fighting them for some months now, since clipsfatale.com started up really, having put ourselves in the firing line by taking editorial control over all the content on our website. By doing so, we have and will continue to protect our performers from attack. Now, as reported last week, ATVOD themselves are being disbanded at the end of the year and Ofcom will be bringing the regulation in-house. In theory, there is nothing to stop Ofcom trying to crack us again in the future, but with a finding in our favour, combined with the support and legal capability that we have on our side, we are pretty confident.
